Returns and Refunds

Saudi law gives customers 7 days to return or cancel in applicable cases. State clearly how a customer starts a return, what condition goods must be in, who pays return shipping, how long a refund takes, and which items are excluded.

This policy has to be visible before the customer completes their purchase, not only afterwards.
